Rooted in love.
We put dignity at the center of everything we do. It’s the unstoppable force that drives us to create safe spaces where every person is not just seen and heard, but truly held, no matter their past or their present.
Driven by purpose.
We are relentless in our commitment to creating real, tangible impact. Every step we take is a deliberate act of transformation, fueled by the unshakable belief that every person deserves not just care, but the tools to achieve success and wellbeing.
Our Mission is to build supportive communities that offer practical tools and restorative safe spaces that empower people to cultivate lasting resilience.

Every initiative, every program, and every partnership is designed with one purpose in mind: to offer people the resources they need to build healthier, happier lives not just for today, but for the long term.
We’re on a journey to create wellness centers that not only provide physical health, but mental and emotional wellness as well. Our spaces will be sanctuaries for healing, where people can come to connect with others, access critical resources, and most importantly, build the resilience needed to navigate life’s most challenging moments.
At Manna Foundation, one of the things we focus on is chronic stress because it is a crisis at the root of so much personal and societal harm. Left unaddressed, chronic stress doesn’t just wear people down. It sets the stage for mental health struggles, relationship breakdowns, academic failure, and long-term physical illness.

According to the World Health Organization, chronic stress is one of the leading contributors to both physical and mental illness worldwide. When people don’t have healthy ways to process and release stress, they often turn to substances, compulsive behaviors, or isolation as a form of escape. The result? A deeper cycle of pain, shame, and disconnection.

At Manna Foundation, we disrupt that cycle by helping people build real resilience. The kind that doesn’t rely on willpower alone, but is grounded in proven tools and strategies. This is not about self-help fluff. It’s about science-backed, soul-centered solutions for those the system has overlooked.

We don’t wait for things to spiral into crisis. Our goal is to intervene before it even starts. Because everyone deserves a way out of survival mode, and into a life they don’t have to escape from.

Over the years, the foundation continues to assist disadvantaged groups such as low-income families, individuals with chronic ailments, the disabled, the homeless, and the unemployed. From First Step to Standing Strong and Proud: Thali's Journey of Hope and Healing
Thali is the youngest of three sisters, known for her boundless energy and love of learning. Her classmates enjoy spending time with her because of her cheerful spirit. However, Thali's journey to becoming the vibrant young girl she is today took years of hard work and determination.
Born with clubfoot on both feet, Thali faced significant challenges. Without treatment, she would have struggled to walk or even stand. Since birth, she has been in therapy to address her condition.
As a recipient of Manna Foundation’s healthcare programs, Thali can now walk, run, jump, and play, creating joyful memories with her family and friends. It is inspiring to see Thali walk proudly at kindergarten graduation to receive the Outstanding Student Award.
We wish Thali continued health and success as she pursues her dreams. A heartfelt thank you to our donors and volunteers—your support is changing lives every day.

Their generous support forms the cornerstone that enables us to grow our programs, ensure long-term sustainability, and drive meaningful advocacy efforts. Without their commitment, Manna Foundation would be unable to provide the critical support that so many individuals rely on during their most challenging times. In addition to financial contributions, our benefactors also offer invaluable mentorship, life skills coaching, and job referrals, helping to empower those we serve to build brighter futures.

In 2013, Francis' life was irrevocably altered by a catastrophic automobile accident that left him with a severe concussion, and soon after, the diagnosis of Epilepsy. For many, Epilepsy is an unyielding, lifelong condition that requires constant attention, medication, and vigilance. In those early weeks, Francis was confronted with the harsh reality of what it means to live under the unrelenting weight of this condition. The constant fatigue, anxiety, and physical exhaustion became overwhelming, transforming even the simplest tasks—like going to the grocery store—into monumental challenges. The struggle was made even harder by the debilitating side effects of the medications meant to control his seizures.
Chronic conditions like Epilepsy, Diabetes, Cancer, Asthma, and heart disease can be just as disabling as conditions that are more visibly apparent, such as blindness, hearing loss, or mobility impairment. These invisible struggles can drain a person’s energy, resilience, and sense of independence. In times like these, every ounce of support becomes not just helpful, but essential.
Deeply moved by his own journey, Francis founded the Manna Foundation in 2013 with a simple but powerful goal: to offer the kind of compassion, understanding, and assistance that he had desperately needed. Through the foundation, he sought to create a lifeline for those facing similar battles—offering them not only practical support, but also the empathy and encouragement that can make all the difference in times of hardship.
